New Fema Head Appointed

When I read New Fema Head Appointed", I was happy because Micheal Brown did not do his job fast enough. As for the new FEMA head, I hope he do a better job than Micheal. The new head will be acting director. That means that he will lead Fema until the president makes a new appointment. The president said he took full responsiblity n the article. Theat means he took responsiblity because FEMA is goverment in some ways. It was his fault about FEMA. Pretty much everything is his fault anyway.
